Who we are:
We are a vibrant company on a mission to pass positive messages around the globe.
In 1987, we travelled throughout Australia and just could not find a collection of cards anywhere that really inspired us, that were creative yet succinct in the messages they conveyed. We realised this was something we could design together from anywhere in the world, and so the idea for the Affirmations company was born.
The word Affirmation means "a positive statement or judgement" and this definition totally supports our company philosophy. We have developed a business we are so proud of, and we owe much of our success to the power of positive thinking.
Scattered across the globe, people and institutions are organising to defend human life and the life of the planet. Although largely uncoordinated and mostly disconnected, the principles, declarations and statements of purpose drafted by these groups are extraordinarily consistent. Now they are being joined by the deeper voices of international organisations and companies large and small.

Where you will find us:
We chose a beautiful little country town called Bellingen, on the mid north coast of Eastern Australia to live and work. This picturesque setting is the ideal environment for our company to radiate from and we have been happily situated here for most of the company's life, now 20 years.
Pouring heart and soul into our growing venture, we have created a unique range of products that make a difference in people's lives. All our products are designed to inspire, uplift and enlighten. We believe passing inspirational messages from one person to another is helping to create a positive shift in values on this planet, thus making a better world for us all. It is also because of the enthusiasm and desire of so many people for this type of product that has inspired us to continue to build Affirmations as a channel for positive communication.
Our commitment
Our aim is to help you achieve a more positive life, give you a fantastic feeling and hope that those you pass our products onto receive something beautiful too.
Helping us to feel good on the inside are the gentle affirmations we see every day in the course of our work with our products. Affirming us, reminding us to think positively and to counteract negative thoughts. We also believe we should have fun on our journey through life, improve the quality of our lives, grow and free up energy for things that matter the most.
At our warehouse in Bellingen, Affirmations recycle everything that comes into the office. All our power comes from renewable energy sources. We print on recycled paper using vegetable-based inks, shred all paper for packaging and use environmentally sound packing beads when we send our orders to you.
