is important that our products and service meet your expectations, that
Affirmations adds to your business success and we have a
relationship where both parties are happy. Affirmations products
have a proven high turnover and profitable performance.
Your Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with Affirmations products we will give you 30 days in which to return them for immediate replacement or full credit/refund.
Our Support:
Your representative will visit as regularly as you need. Your customer service team exists for you. Please do not hesitate to call, fax or e-mail us. A full colour catalogue of all our products is available for your use. Store exclusivity is considered when opening all accounts. Your feedback is always welcome.

Delivery:
All orders are processed within 24 hours and most are delivered within 3-5 days via Australia Post. Special overnight service is available for urgent orders. Please phone 02 6655 2350 to make arrangements.
CREDIT POLICY
All opening orders are on a pay-when-received basis (subject to our approval process). Opening orders are a minimum of AUD250.00 plus GST. We prefer refill orders of AUD150.00. Net 30 day terms are available to repeat credit-worthy customers upon submission of a completed credit application, accompanied by three credit trade references and bank account details. A 5% settlement discount is available to account customers for payments made within 7 days. (discount does not apply where other discounts have been given). All goods remain the property of Affirmations Australia Pty Ltd until full payment is made.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
We are very particular about maintaining the highest standards of quality across our merchandise. If however, goods arrive damaged, claims can be made within seven days. Returns need to be authorised by Affirmations Australia Pty Ltd before being returned.
OUR SALE OR RETURN POLICY
We are happy to return the goods you have received under the following conditions:
Fully unconditional for first orders. All products must be in mint condition. Does not apply if the store is closing. Does not apply if the store has new ownership and are wanting to return goods. Display stands must be returned with the goods (where applicable). Credit/Refund will be processed when the goods are received at our Head Office.
